The Nabard development assistant exam takes place in two phases:

• The Phase 1 is a Preliminary Exam:  It is a Online Examination with Objective Type of Questions.
• The Phase 2 is a Mains Examination; It is also an online exam with both Objective as well as Descriptive Types Questions.
• The Next round is an interview round. The final merit list will be on the basis of Mains Marks and Interview.

NABARD Development Assistant Scorecard: Steps To Download NABARD Development Assistant Result

NABARD Development Assistant result will be declared in the form of NABARD Development Assistant Merit List. Candidates needs to  follow the steps mentioned below to download the NABARD Development Assistant Merit List:

1. A candidate needs to go to the official website of NABARD i.e. nabard.org.
2. Kindly check the top right side of the screen, click on “Career Notices”.
3. You will see a new page will appear where you need to click on the “Click Here to Continue” link.
4. You will find a Tab called the Career Notices, the result link will be provided. Click on it.
5. A PDF will open where the Roll Numbers of all the shortlisted candidates will be present.
6. Check your roll no by using “Ctrl+F” to search for your Roll Number. If your roll number is present in the NABARD Development Assistant merit list 2019 then you have qualified in the exam.

• The Final Selection will depend on the Final Merit List
• If two candidates score the same marks in Mains, the candidate having a higher degree/qualification will be given the preference. Incase the qualification is same as well the candidate with a  higher graduation mark will be selected.
• If the above criteria’s also create a tie a person with a older age will be chosen.
