Module 5 — COTPA (3 Marks) Provisions relating to smoking in public places, banned tobacco products, the 90-yard restriction on tobacco sales near educational institutions, and rules against advertising without statutory health warnings.

Module 6 — Campaign Against Alcoholism (3 Marks) Constitutional provisions relating to liquor prohibition; the current scenario of liquor consumption in Kerala; the rationale for regulation; state-run campaigns against alcoholism and drug addiction; and the Vimukthi Programme, including the functionaries responsible for running it.
