Every year, Kerala Pareeksha Bhawan conducts the Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test to find qualified and skilled teaching aspirants from the state. Based on their qualification, aspirants can appear for Kerala TET across four categories. KTET Cut Off 2023
The semiannual Kerala Teachers Eligibility entrance test organized by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhawan is to find skilled teachers from the state. Across four categories, the Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted as a written test for 2 hours 30 minutes for 150 marks. A valid score in either Central Teachers Eligibility Test or Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test is mandatory to work as a teacher in the schools across Kerala. The four categories in Kerala TET is:
- Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test Category I – For Class I to Class V
- KTET Category II – For Class VI to Class VIII
- Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test Category III – For Class VIII to Class X
- Kerala TET Category IV -For Language Teachers in Arabic, Urdu, Sanskrit, Hindi (Up to Upper Primary Level), Specialist Teachers and Physical Education Teachers.

Unlike other entrance tests, Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test doesn’t have any variable cut-off marks. The Pareekhsa Bhawan has already decided on the minimum qualifying marks required for the candidates, and those who acquired anything more than that became eligible in Kerala TET. Kerala TET Cut Off Marks 2022
To understand the minimum score needed to pass the Kerala TET Exam 2022, aspirants must review the Kerala TET Cut-Off Marks. To receive the Kerala TET Certificate, candidates from the general category must receive 60 percent of the possible points, or 90 out of 150. Candidates who fall under the OBC, SC, ST, or PH categories must obtain 55% of the possible points, or 82 out of 150. Candidates must read through the following table for more clarification.

The KTET Cut-Off marks are also available on the official website of KTET Kerala. To check the cut-off marks, candidates may follow the given steps:
- Open the official website https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/index.php
- Go to the ‘KTET – Results’ section.
- Find the ‘KTET- JAN 2021’ link and click on it.
- A page will open up. Fill in the asked details and click on check results.
- You will be directed to another page where a pdf will open up. Scroll down and you will find your KTET Cut Off.
- Check the given cut-off scores and download the pdf for any future references.
