The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the UPSC CAPF, Admit Card. The latest admit card is against the UPSC Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2021 recruitment notification published in April 2021 for 159 vacant posts. The CAPF or the Central Armed Police Forces is the joint organization of 05 uniform services under the Indian Home Ministry. Through the Assistant Commandants recruitment 2021, the commission will hire eligible candidates, (both Male and Female) towards the Group A cader in any of the CAPF units based on their merit.

UPSC CAPF Admit Card 2021

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the e-admit card for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandants (ACs) examination 2021 written exam. The CAPF is a group of five uniform services that are formed towards internal security. The services under the Central Armed Police Forces are:

• Assam Rifles (AR)
• Border Security Force (BSF)
• Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
• Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
• Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
• National Security Guard (NSG), and
• Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)

The Assistant Commandants position in any of these Forces is a Group A service with basic pay of Rs. 57800. For the selection process, the UPSC will conduct a written exam followed by the Physical Test, Medical Test and Document Verification. Since the written examination is the first stage of screening the commission will conduct the same across India in various centres. The exam comprises two papers, both in written format, the Paper-I tests the candidate’s general ability and intelligence with multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Whereas the second Paper is to test the applicant’s language proficiency and of descriptive nature. The UPSC CAPF Exam Pattern is:

• There will be Negative Marking for wrong answers marked by the examinee in both the papers.
• Answers marked by anything other than a black ballpoint pen will not be evaluated.

Steps to download UPSC CAPF e-Admit Card 2021

The Union Public Service Commission is all set to conduct the Preliminary Stage Written Examination of CAPF Assistant Commandants on August 08, 2021. The UPSC CAPF hall tickets are now available on the UPSC official website for all applicants. Candidates can follow the given steps to download their UPSC CAPF admit cards.

• To download your hall tickets, visit the Union Public Service Commission, UPSC official website on or before August 08, 2021. Click Here
• On the “Admit Cards” menu available on the home page
• On the landing page, click on the “E-Admit Cards for various Examinations of UPSC” link
• On the newly opened tab, click on the Download link given across the CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCES (ACs) EXAMINATION, 2021/ केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल परीक्षा, 2021
• Click on the Click Here link given on the next page, and click on the YES button given at the end of the page after reading the ‘Important Instructions’
• On the new pop-up tab, you should enter either your Roll Number or the Registration ID and  Date Of Birth to download the admit card
