As per the official notification 2018-19 released by the RRB, there were 4,304 vacancies for the post of Senior Section Engineer 2020. The recruitment will be in various Indian Railways across India. But, in the last recruitment, as an interim measure, the open category vacancies for the SSE posts were discontinued and added with the Junior Engineer (JE) posts. and, both the Railway-wise and category-wise vacancies were approved by Authority.

RRB SSE 2022 Salary
For the RRB Senior Section Engineer Group including the Senior Section Engineer & Chief Depot Material Superintendent the pay scale is Rs. 9300 –34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-.
RRB SSE 2022 Selection Process
RRB conducts a three-level selection procedure for the Senior Section Engineer job position, the candidates are required to attend the exam and score up to the cut-off marks for entering into the next stage of selection.

- The candidate should hold a 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch.
