The Railway Recruitment Board will soon release the notification regarding RRB Senior Section Engineer exam 2022. This is a national level exam that is expected to recruit 4000+ vacancies in Senior Section Officer post across India. RRB SSE Selection Process 2022
Candidates are required to pass two steps of RRB SSE selection process. They are,
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification

- RRB SSE 2022 exam will be held in two levels, Computer Based Test (CBT) and document verification.
- The total number of questions will be 150.
- CBT has two levels: Part A and Part B.
- Part A consists of 60 questions from General Awareness, Arithmetic Reasoning, Mental Ability etc.. and the total marks of this part is 60.
- Part B consists of 90 questions from Technical Ability and the maximum score is 90.
- Total time given to complete the test is 120 minutes or 2 hours.
- Candidates who successfully crack the CBT will be subjected for strict document verification.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring the original certificates along with their copies.
- Candidates are advised to inform the higher authorities in case of absence of any certificates. If not informed before hand, your candidature might be cancelled.
- Selected candidates will be intimated by the board regarding certificates that are required for verification.

Educational Qualification
Candidates need to have a 4 year B.Tech/ BE degree in any discipline from a recognized university or board.
Age Limit
Minimum age for candidates applying for RRB SSE 2022 : 20 years
Maximum age for candidates applying for RRB SSE 2022 : 34 years
Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given age relaxation as per the rules by Central government. They are given below,
- Age relaxation for OBC candidates : up to 3 years
- Age relaxation for Ex – servicemen : up to 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC /ST : up to 5 years
