RBI Grade B Notification 2022: Salary Details
The aspirants selected for the post of Officers through the Reserve Bank of India Grade B 2022 Exam will be given a salary package of 12-14 Lac annually. The Exact Pay Scale for this Officer post is INR 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400. Applicants will have a Basic Pay of INR 35,150/- in which he/she will get an increase of INR 1,750/- till 9 years of their service. After the completion of these 9 years, the officers will get into the executive band wherein the basic pay will increase to INR 50,900/- and then again for the next couple of years there will be an increment of INR 1,750/- and further an increment of INR 2000/- for the following 2 years. Thus an aspirant will be ending up with the basic pay of INR 62,400/- and this is when he/she wouldn’t even go through any promotion.
Along with the Basic Pay, multiple allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, etc. are also provided to aspirants post their joining to the post of Officer in RBI.
RBI Grade B Notification 2022: Eligibility criteria
Aspirants should be able to fulfill the mentioned requirements to be able to apply online for RBI Grade B 2022 Exam.
Nationality
The aspirant must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who is permanently settled here in India before 1 January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from either Pakistan, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burma, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to reside in India permanently.

Educational Qualifications
Given below are the educational qualification requirements to join Reserve Bank of India as a Grade B officer as per the vacancies in RBI Grade B vacancy 2022.
- Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)–(General):
- Minimum of 60% marks or 50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD or similar marks in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 12th(Higher Secondary) or Diploma or equivalent and secondary or 10th Standard examinations. Minimum qualifying percentage or an equivalent grade for the Bachelor’s degree will be in summed up for all semesters/years
- Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)–DEPR:
- A Master’s Degree in Economics or Econometrics or Quantitative Economics or Mathematical Economics or Integrated Economics Course or Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters or years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University or Institute

RBI Grade B Notification 2022: How to apply online?
The RBI Grade B online applications will be accepted from 28 March 2022 as announced in the newspaper advertisement. The final date to submit RBI Grade B 2022 Online form is 18 April 2022. It is advised that the aspirants should keep an eye on the official website to get notified when RBI Grade B Online Application starts.
The aspirants can follow the steps given below to apply for RBI Grade B 2022 Recruitment:
Step 1: Log into the official website of Reserve Bank or @rbi.org.in.
Step 2: On the home page Separate links for Online applications for Gr B (DR) General and Online applications for DEPR/ DSIM will be displayed.
Step 3: For new registration, click on “Click here for New Registration” and enter the Important details requested.
Step 4: A new Registration no and Password will be generated by the system.
Step 5: An Email & SMS is sent to your email ID and a Mobile number containing the new Registration number and Password.
Step 6: Log in with your newly generated Registration number and Password and fill in all the important details asked.
Step 7: Upload scanned copy of recent left-hand thumb impression, photograph, signature, and a handwritten declaration.

RBI Grade B 2022: Exam Pattern
RBI Grade B 2022 Exam will be conducted in three phases:
- Phase-I or Prelims;
- Phase-II or Mains
- Interview
Aspirants are required to clear all three phases to get a confirmed post as an RBI Grade B Officer in the Reserve Bank of India. The Final merit list will be based on aspirants’ performance in the main exam and interview round.

The aspirants who qualify for the Prelims will be eligible to appear for the Phase 2 exam.
- There are 3 papers in the main exam.
- For RBI Grade B Officers in Gr B (DR)- General, aspirants have to appear for Paper I, II, and III.
- For RBI Grade B Officers in Gr B (DR)- DEPR & DSIM, aspirants have to appear for Paper-II, and III.
- Paper I & III are 50% Objective and50 % descriptive while Paper- II is 100% Descriptive only.
- Each paper will be of 100 marks.
- The English paper is a descriptive test.

RBI Grade B 2022 Selection Process
There is a very specific selection procedure that is selected by the authorities of the Reserve Bank of India in order to conduct the entrance examination for the vacancy RBI Grade B 2022. The first stage of the selection procedure consists of a preliminary examination which will be conducted after the application forms are scrutinized by the concerned authorities of the Reserve Bank of India. The second stage of the selection procedure is the main examination. The candidates who will pass the main examination will be promoted to the third stage of the selection procedure which is the interview round. RBI Grade B 2022 Admit Card

The admit card will be available in a PDF format and you will be able to download the admit card as soon as possible. RBI Grade B 2022 Answer Key
There will be two answer keys which will be published by the concerned authorities of the Reserve Bank of India and the candidates will at least have to wait one week after the conclusion of the entrance examination in order to download the answer key as soon as possible. RBI Grade B final answer key can be downloaded after all of the procedures related to the provisional answer key also done by the concerned authorities of the Reserve Bank of India and all of the candidates will be able to check the total number of marks that they will be getting in the entrance examination by downloading the answer keys. RBI Grade B mains answer key and RBI Grade B prelims answer key will be available separately for all of the candidates.
RBI Grade B 2022 Cut Off
Cut off marks is very important for candidates as it will decide their eligibility for the next phase. The cut-off marks are set by considering the following factors- Difficulty level of question paper, Number of candidates who attended the exam, Depending on the average mark scored by all the candidates in the exam, Number of vacancies. The candidates will be promoted to the next step of the selection procedure by taking into consideration the cut off marks published by the authorities of the Reserve Bank of India. The candidates will have to download the cut off marks list according to the various categories of the candidates who have participated in the entrance examination. RBI Grade B 2022 Result
Reserve Bank of India conducted the Grade B examination for the recruitment of eligible candidates to certain different posts in the bank. The results of the examination are published through the official website of the Reserve Bank of India. Candidates who have appeared for the interview round can check their eligibility through the official website by providing the necessary credentials.
