The staff Selection Commission of India (SSC) has released SSC MTS 2024 Notification on its official website i.e ssc.nic.in. The MTS examination will be conducted in two stages one is Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) and another is a Descriptive Paper (Paper-II).The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts a common recruitment test for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) every year. This exam is conducted for the post of General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in numerous Central Government Departments/ Ministries/ Offices, in several States and Union Territories. SSC MTS Study Plan 2024: Exam Pattern

For a methodical SSC MTS preparation, check the detailed and revised SSC MTS exam pattern below:

1. The examination constitutes of two papers, i.e., Paper 1 & Paper 2.
2. Paper 1 questions will be objective type (MCQs). 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer and question paper will be set up in both the languages: English & Hindi.
3. Paper 2 questions will be of a descriptive type and qualifying, comprising of Short Essay/ Letter to be written in English or any other language included in the 8^th schedule of the Constitution which usually judges the candidate’s elementary language skills.

Note: The duration of the exam is 90 minutes. But the duration of the exam for handicapped candidates is 120 minutes.
